On my morning run, I passed a McDonalds to see that they were selling Shamrock Shakes in spirit of St. Patrick’s Day. When I came home from my run, I made my usual green smoothie and was inspired to rename it the “Shamrock Kale Shake”– a healthier alternative!
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- A handful of kale
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
In a blender, add the shake ingredients, and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar with a Cuppow lid. Drink immediately and celebrate the green goodness!
