Faith Hunter is a yoga teacher, social activist, studio owner, and creator of Embrace Your Flow. Faith is an innovator in all that she does. She owns Embrace Studio in Washington, DC, where she teaches Embrace Your Flow, a style of yoga that blends Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Ashtanga into a yoga experience that is both grounded and spiritually fly. Faith is passionate about social activism and is pioneering a program in Haiti to train yoga teachers in becoming community leaders and Spiritually Fly ChangeMakers.

In this episode we discuss how Faith discovered yoga as a way to cope with her brother Michael dying of AIDS. Faith explains her yoga teacher training background with the Laughing Lotus School and how she has evolved her teaching into her signature style of Embrace Your Flow. She discusses her work in Haiti and how listeners can become involved in either trainings or a retreat in Haiti. Faith shares her biggest personal inspiration and what she is looking forward to in 2014.
