All my teammates, friends, and family know I love Picky Bars.
What are they, you may ask? Amazingly yummy, gluten-free bars for endurance athletes that even non-gluten-free foodies adore.
A lot of people ask my why I love them, so here it goes:
- The nutrition. They have a 4:1 carbohydrate to protein ratio, the perfect balance for endurance athletes and a great snack for either before a workout or after to jumpstart recovery.
- The flavors! I honestly can’t decide whether I love Lauren’s Mega Nuts, Blueberry Boomdizzle, or Need for Seed more. If these flavors don’t inspire you, they also have All in Almond and Smooth Caffeinator! Picky Bars uses organic, real foods and are working on creating more flavors– I can’t wait for Cookie Doughpness to be released…

- I trust this company. As a lactose-intolerant celiac, Picky Bars is my match– they are dairy and gluten-free, made by professional athletes who got my back.
