I have recently discovered Nuttzo, a nut and seed butter company that contains seven nuts/seeds in one jar! I was introduced to Nuttzo by the gluten-free goddess and chef, Lindsay Cotter of Cotter Crunch, who was featured on the ROO Podcast #48. In addition to a delicious scoop of Nuttzo, I have super-charged the Berry Nuttzo Bliss with raw cocoa powder, high in antioxidants, magnesium, and more!
- 1 tablespoon of Nuttzo
- 1 teaspoon of raw cocoa powder
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
In a blender, add the Berry Nuttzo Bliss ingredients, and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar with a Cuppow lid. Best enjoyed on a hot July day!
