Christmas time is always filled with feelings of nostalgia for me. It brings back many memories of family gatherings, midnight masses, and leaving cookies and milk for Santa. As a vegan, I enjoy almond milk on a daily basis, but recently decided to try making a milk with my favorite nut, cashews. This cashew christmas milk is perfect for Santa— sweet, filling, and nutritious!
- 3/4 cup of ground cashew meal
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- Dash of cinnamon
In the blender, add the milk ingredients, and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar with a Cuppow lid and leave for Santa!
