ROO Video: Happy Hips and Glutes for Runners

Eight minutes of exercises that promote strength and stabilization of the hips and glutes. I believe strong and supple hips and glutes are essential for staying injury-free and happy. This video can be used as a warm up or cool down after a run OR the perfect precursor to ROO’s Functional Core for Runners Video. Shout outs and thanks to Brandon Gruver, former strength coach at Bates College, who taught me many of these moves!
