Jessica Gumkowski is a triathlete, yoga teacher, and massage therapist. Jessica has been involved in triathlon since 2004 and is currently training for her third Ironman, Lake Placid in July 2014. She is a life-long yoga practitioner and now teaches yoga at Newport Power Yoga. Jessica studied massage therapy at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy from 2004-2006 and specializes in orthopedic and sports massage.
