Phil Wharton is a musculoskeletal therapist, author, and runner. Phil has worked with and trained hundreds of Olympic medalists, world record holders, and professional teams with the Wharton system that his father, Jim Wharton, and him developed. Phil is also an accomplished runner himself, with a marathon PR of 2:23.
