The pursuits of each creative expression in running mirror each other in so many powerful ways, which I’ve been thinking about a lot recently. They are both this exploration towards a goal or outcome. The process is at the same time rewarding, hard, and there are obvious parallels. It takes patience, time, and the willingness to keep showing up until you break through.
