65: Daniel Herrera on the Power of Visualization when Running and Racing

Daniel Herrera is an accomplished collegiate runner for UCLA.

In this episode, Daniel shares his running background from middle school to how he knew he wanted to take running to the next level in high school and then again in college. Daniel details the elements that make a strong runner. He explains how an injury began his journey with visualization and the role of visualization in success and failure. Daniel reflects on his 1500 meter race at the USA Outdoor Championships in June 2014 and how visualization helped him in his race.
