Buddhaful Smoothie

Although I love my Shamrock Kale Shake, I wanted a smoothie that was more filling and had a greater carb/fat/protein content. I created my Buddhaful smoothie to do just that! It incorporates two of my favorite companies, Nuttzo and Vega, that provide real and nutritious protein and fat. It will leave you full, satisfied, and beautiful as a Buddha! Shamrock Kale Shake

On my morning run, I passed a McDonalds to see that they were selling Shamrock Shakes in spirit of St. Patrick’s Day. When I came home from my run, I made my usual green smoothie and was inspired to rename it the “Shamrock Kale Shake”– a healthier alternative! Ingredients:  1 cup of almond milk 1 frozen banana 1 cup of frozen mango A handful of kale 1 tablespoon of peanut butter In a blender, add the shake ingredients, and blend until smooth. Pour into a mason jar with a Cuppow lid. Drink immediately and celebrate the green goodness!
